Max Sievert expands the team
Max Sievert has hired Margit Kihl, who joins the team as an Analyst. Margit has been an intern at Max Sievert for a year, in parallel with her studies and is now working full time at Max Sievert since January. Margit recently finished her studies at the Stockholm School of Economics, where she studied MSc programs in Accounting and Finance, and International Management (CEMS).

Max Sievert has increased its ownership in Scila from ~35% to ~51% by acquiring shares from founders Lars-Ivar Sellberg and Fredrik Lydén, as well as from a previous employee

Max Sievert increases its ownership in Akind (Academic Work)
In June 2022, Max Sievert has, through acquisition of shares from current and former employees in the company, increased its ownership in Akind (Academic Work). Max Sievert now owns ~11% of the shares.
Akind is owned by the founders Johan Skarborg and Jeremias Andersson, as well as by Novax and Max Sievert. In addition, ~300 current and former employees are owners of the company.

Max Sievert increases its committed capital
In May 2022, AB Max Sievert increased its committed capital from its owners. The increase enables Max Sievert to invest in its companies in i.a. increased ownership stakes, add-on acquisitions or new share issues. The increase was only directed to existing owners and was oversubscribed.
