The AB Max Sievert team is in place and consists of five full time employees, a board of directors as well as a group of involved co-owners who participate in active ownership of the companies.

Carl-Magnus Ruthberg
CFO & Investment Director.
Carl-Magnus has a broad operational and financial background with 19 years experience of which 12 years as CFO and 7 years as Investment Manager. Most recently CFO with responsibility for M&A at AxLoad within Axel Johnson International (35 companies in 15 countries). Prior to that CFO for listed Carl Lamm Holding, (acquired by Ricoh), CFO for private equity owned Cygate Group (acquired by TeliaSonera), and Investment Manager at Ratos and Bure Equity. MSc from the Gothenburg School of Business and Commercial Law.

Bo Ax:son Johnson
Investment Director
Four years of work experience from Shanghai, China, most recently with developing and investing in local ventures. Prior to that consultant to Elekta in Shanghai and partner at a corporate finance boutique with predominantly Asian clients. In addition, Bo has three years' experience from the investment bank Lazard in Stockholm. M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Institute of Technology at Linköping University.

Christian Tegenmark
Investment Director
Eleven years at private equity partnership Segulah, the past few years as Partner. Prior to that, consultant at PwC Corporate Finance, Valuation & Strategy. MSc from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg.

Margit Kihl
Analyst
Worked part-time as an intern at AB Max Sievert during the last year of the MSc studies at the Stockholm School of Economics. Prior to that, in parallel with the studies, worked four years at the Stockholm School of Economics teaching 8 courses at both bachelor's and master's level, mainly in mathematics, data analysis and Excel. Also has experience as an intern at Nordea in sustainable finance, and as a project manager for the Business School's Center for Sports & Business. Double MSc in Accounting and Finance, and International Management (CEMS).

Chairman and founder of the investment company Living Capital. Holds a number of executive positions in the Living Capital group and is a cofounder of brands such as Fever-Tree mixers, Martin Millers Gin and the Independent Film Company in London. Chairman of Haiseal Timber Inc, Georgia, and Okaloosa Development Company. MSc from the Stockholm School of Economics.
